THDA 101 Basics

The THDA 101 Basics class covers the Great Choice Mortgage program and the down payment assistance it provides. In this one hour class we talk about what THDA is, who the program can help, and how the programs works. After completing the class, you will have a basic idea of how to utilize this assistance to make more deals work and help your clients using THDA as a new “tool” in your toolbox.
