As your local association, we aim to provide a variety of classes that not only fulfill your TREC requirements, but provide you with opportunities to boost your business and improve your ability to best serve your clients.

State Minimum Requirements

The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC)requires every REALTOR® or licensee to complete 16 hours of continuing education (CE) courses within the two (2) years preceding your license expiration date.

TREC requires a specific 6-hour Core Course, plus and an additional 10 hours of electives. Sumner REALTORS® offers TREC Core four (4 ) times a year along with additional approved electives throughout the year. Core may also be taken through CE Shop or other approved online provider.
