National  REALTOR® Ethics Requirements

NAR

As your local association, we aim to provide a variety of classes that not only fulfill your TREC requirements, but provide you with opportunities to boost your business and improve your ability to best serve your clients.

All REALTORS® must complete an NAR approved 3-hour Code of Ethics course and, beginning January 2025, a 2-hour Fair Housing course. These courses may be taken in person at Sumner REALTORS®, through an online provider such as CE Shop or through NAR (note, NAR does not grant CE for these courses).


Training may be completed at any time during the cycles listed below. Failure to complete training during any cycle will lead to suspension of membership for the January and February immediately following the cycle deadline, with the termination of membership starting March 1 after the cycle deadline.
