This is included with your membership at no additional charge. This program empowers members to enhance their leadership skills, community engagement, market expertise, and advocacy. Leveraging our resources and industry partnerships, this program provides education, networking, and mentorship to help REALTORS® make a lasting impact in their communities and careers. Included with your membership at no additional charge, the Next Level Leadership Program supports the growth and success of our REALTOR® community.

- Any Sumner REALTORS® member who is currently on a committee is eligible for the program.
- There is one program annually, running March-November.
- Each class is limited to minimum of 10 and maximum of 36 participants and is filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Participants who miss more than one scheduled class will be considered ineligible for program completion/recognition.
