REALTORS® Political Action Committee

Sumner REALTORS® supports and participates in the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC), a non-partisan political action committee organized to support the election or re-election of candidates for public office who share the ideals and principles of REALTORS®. For more than 50 years, RPAC has been one of the strongest and most successful advocacy organizations in the nation. Voluntary investments in RPAC help REALTORS® build relationships with policy decision makers in city halls across Sumner County, the statehouse in Nashville and on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. Local members contribute funds to RPAC in accordance with federal and state laws, and campaign contributions are allocated to candidates who are committed to defending fair and affordable housing.

As a member of the REALTOR® Party, you act when called upon to support the REALTOR® Party at the local, state and national levels. Recognizing the importance of REALTORS® speaking with one voice, participating in national and state Calls for Action allows our collective voice to be heard.

Since 1969, RPAC has promoted the election of pro-REALTOR® candidates across the United States. The purpose of RPAC is clear: voluntary contributions made by REALTORS® are used to help elect candidates who understand and support their interests.
