As your local association, we aim to provide a variety of classes that not only fulfill your TREC requirements, but provide you with opportunities to boost your business and improve your ability to best serve your clients.

Sumner REALTORS® is pleased to offer a proprietary continuing education program for Association members featuring a deep dive into the benefits of living in Sumner County.


The 2-day course features a range of community-based education to give REALTORS® a comprehensive understanding of the many areas that directly or indirectly affect the local real estate climate, such as government, economic development, tourism, healthcare and education.

REALTORS® who complete the course will earn a local certification they can promote to distinguish themselves as Sumner County specialists with expertise to better advise and represent clients who are new to or unfamiliar with the area.


This is a FREE professional development offering available only to Sumner REALTORS® members. Class size is limited to 50 participants on a first come, first-served basis.


Whether a new or repeat participant, all members are encouraged to attend. There is always something new to hear in our ever-changing community.


Continuing Education credits are not available for the ACE certification.
