COURSE POLICIES & TIPS
As your local association, we aim to provide a variety of classes that not only fulfill your TREC requirements, but provide you with opportunities to boost your business and improve your ability to best serve your clients.
General Class Information
- Park across the street in our additional parking lot.
- Give yourself plenty of time to arrive to class, grab coffee and get settled before class begins at listed time.
- Take or return phone calls and reply to texts during breaks. TREC requires attendees to be in the classroom for the entirety of class.
- CE can not be granted to those arriving after class is started. Be on time!
- Be sure to sign in so you receive CE Credit.
Cancellation Policy
Sumner REALTORS® will issue a full refund to anyone who is registered and has paid for a Continuing Education or professional development class if the request is submitted at least 2 days/48 hours prior to the class or event. There are no refunds for any cancellations made within 48 hours of the class or event. You may cancel your registration through your member portal or by calling the office at 615-824-6629.
We also request a courtesy notification from anyone who wishes to cancel a registration for a free class or event.
