I have been a REALTOR with Coldwell Banker Lakeside and a member of Sumner Realtors® since August 2007. I have enjoyed participating and networking in various events with Sumner Realtors. I have been on the RPAC Committee this past year and plan on continuing to be actively involved. I also had the pleasure of serving on the Board of Directors this past year for one term and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to continue to serve. Having a degree in Elementary Education from MTSU carries over into my Real Estate career and in my involvement with the association and the Board as I have always been interested in constantly learning and growing. I see being on the board as an opportunity to further grow as a REALTOR and person while contributing to the continuation of the successful track that the association is presently on. Also, being a lifelong resident of Sumner County, I am vested in being a part of an organization that works within and supports the community. I believe Sumner Realtors® has made some very positive changes this year and I have felt honored to work alongside the leaders that have made that possible. I would consider it an honor to continue to serve as one of your Directors and need your vote. I appreciate your consideration.

When you’re passionate about what you do, it’s no longer work, and that’s Eileen’s goal.

I became a member of the Sumner Association in September 1990. I have served on most of the committees as well as the board of directors in 2006. I’ve stuffed eggs for the annual Easter Egg Hunt and helped “hide” them. Some of the most rewarding times have been working hand in hand with fellow Realtors on Habitat builds. I’ve stuffed insulation and painted walls for Habitat builds. I have enjoyed being part of a group so committed to community outreach….and look forward to serving and growing our outreach to better serve our county and organization.

I am a former graduate from UTC “GO MOCS”, while there I got my bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and my masters in Business Administration. I am currently pursuing my P.h.D from Carolina University. I was also on a full-ride scholarship at UTC for women’s golf. Thanks to the wonderful town of Chattanooga I met my husband there and we have been married for over 6 years and have 2 beautiful kiddos (Irish twins). They defiantly keep me on my toes (anyone who has been around them knows this) because of this I have to make sure I stay in shape so when I am not doing real estate I am out swimming, biking, or running, and sometimes I do all 3 in the same day. I know crazy right! I have been a REALTOR since 2015 when we moved to Nashville and have truly enjoyed it. I have been with Benchmark Realty LLC since 2017 and have loved it. I am the Chairman of the Golf Committee and have been serving on this committee since 2017. I hope to be on the board to help make a difference and be a voice for our Sumner REALTORS. I look forward to the opportunity to serve you.

I’m a native of Sumner County and have been a Realtor since 2013. I also hold my Real Estate Educator license and enjoy teaching tremendously. I am a member of the SR Technology committee and enjoyed working on the new website/technology makeover launch over the last 18 months. I’m married to my husband of 16 years, Raymond, and we have two beautiful daughters, Abby and Lyla Beth. My hobbies include traveling, UT football, and spending time with family and friends. I would be humbled to have your vote to be on the Board of Directors for our Association. I promise to bring fresh ideas of how to make our Association the preferred choice in our area. Thank you very much for your consideration!

I love being able to connect with everyone and share Good News about our community. As Realtors, we all have an image to maintain as Professional, Knowable, Kind, Honest and put their needs above all else. In my spare time, I volunteer for Room in the Inn thru my Church. We have a new Schnauzer puppy “Toby” at our house who keeps us Young.

Let’s Bind Together and ensure that 2021 will be a Terrific year!

I have been resident of Sumner County since 1986 and a Realtor with One Stop Realty since 2007. I have earned the designations of ABR, E-PRO and PSA and Award of Excellence Life Award. My service to the association includes Professional Standard committee (three years), Governmental Affairs Committee, RPAC committee and a major investor. My past career was working at the corporate management level, Territory Sales Manager for a multi-million-dollar company and IT professional(setting up business-based networks). I believe my background would bring some tools to SR. Being a Realtor is very rewarding and I welcome the challenges in our changing market. Serving on the Board of Directors would be a huge honor and would appreciate your vote.
